The academic and the chancellery organisations, mutually support each other and promote the efficient performance of tasks within the framework of professional cooperation, to take the necessary measures for the operation of the University. They provide each other all the required data and information, as well as the professional requirements to achieve that common goal in a timely and appropriate manner. The content of the professional cooperation includes the right to request information, the right to comment and the right to make suggestions.
The University is operated by the Chancellor, who is responsible for the economic, financial, controlling, internal audit, accounting, labour, legal, administrative, IT activity and asset management of the University, including technical, facility utilisation, operations, logistics, services, procurement and public procurement matters, and directs operations in that area.
