Dr. habil. Zoltán Szabó PhD MBA Director of International Affairs, associate professor has more than 20 years of professional experience in higher education. He graduated from the Gödöllő University of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, with a degree in Marketing (MSc) in 1998, and in 2000 from the Christian Agricultural College in Dronten, The Netherlands with a BA. In 2007, he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University in Saint Louis, The USA. He obtained his scientific degrees at the Management and Business Administration Ph.D. School of Szent István University, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, where in 2007 PhD, in 2013 Dr. habil. and the Silver Medal of Szent István University were awarded for his research and teaching activities. His professional work covers many areas. The publishing activity of his is proved by more than 100 articles, books, book chapters, conference publications and studies published so far. The list of publications can be viewed at the link below: ( ; His international recognition is characterised by the fact that he is a reviewer in several journals (IJWBR - International Journal of Wine Business Research, IFAMR - International Food and Agribusiness Management Review) and conferences (AWBR - Academy of Wine Business Research, YRS International Conference for Young Researchers). He regularly publishes in international journals and conferences (IAES - International Atlantic Economic Conference, International Food and Marketing Research Philadelphia, Economy and Business, Cereal Research Communications, SAE - Studies in Agricultural Economics, Eurpoean Journal of Tourism Hospitality and Recreation, IAAE - International Association of Agricultural Economists, IFMA - International Farm Management Congress). Co-author of studies for the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) on SME competitiveness. As a guest lecturer, he holds courses and classes at TSM (Toulouse School of Management), BOKU (Universität für Bodenkultur Wien), Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania (EMTE) in Miercurea Ciuc and CAH / Aeres Unversity of Applied Sciences, member of international professional and scientific organizations ( MTA, IAES, IAAE, IFMA, IFAMR) .; In recent years, he has developed a number of subjects in various higher education courses - bachelor, master, PhD and MBA - in Hungarian, English and German in various fields of marketing, including: Holistic Marketing, Marketing Management, Regional and Place Marketing, Marketing Strategies, International Marketing , Strategic Business Marketing, Digital Commerce, E-Commerce, Wine Marketing, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Communication and PR, Tourism and Hospitality Marketing. He supports the work and preparation of students in a number of ways. So far, he has helped more than 200 students write their diplomas and theses. He has also prepared students for several student competitions. Two of the 8 TDK students took 1st place, one 2nd place and one 3rd place. 5 of his students was nominated at OTDK, one of them achieved 1st place and one 3rd place. Two of his student teams also made it to the finals at the National City Marketing Competitions. Currently has students in three PhD schools - BBS Doctoral School of Entrepreneurship and Management (supervisor, lecturer), SzIU Management and Business Administration PhD School (supervisor, lecturer), SOE István Széchenyi Management and Organisation Sciences Doctoral School (supervisor) He has 2 graduate PhD students.
