He works for the Department of Commerce since 2013. He earned his Masters and Ph Degree (in economic sciences) at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Gödöllő - the predecessor of Szent István University. Honorary professor of the mentioned university since 1999 at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences. He received the post-doctoral title Dr. habili in regional sciences at Szent István University. During the 1990’s he was post-graduate student at one of the predecessor institutes of Budapest Business School at the College of Foreign Trade, later on he earned MBA degree at Sejong University, in Seoul, Republic of Korea at global management specialization. Besides lecturing at BBS in its Hungarian and English-taught bachelor and master courses, he is responsible for the international relations of the Faculty. Further to this he works for the academic and scientific activities of the Advenio eAcademy in Malta and of Szent Istvan University. He is supervisor and co-supervisor of 5 PhD students. Research areas

  • His main research field is the examination of economic and social factors in the economic growth of emerging and developing countries (Asia and Africa) with special regard to the role of food economy in the regional development. Author and co-author of about 160 scientific publications.
