As a Vice Rector at Budapest Business School, I am responsible for the implementation of the University's strategy. My main tasks are to co-ordinate and monitor related tasks, to manage strategic relationships (business partnerships, alumni), to manage the University's business development activities, and to manage professional activities related to the third mission tasks (sustainability, equal opportunity and sports). Central organisational units under my direct control include: Strategic Office, Budapest LAB - Enterprise Development Office, Business Partnership, Alumni Contacts Office, Sustainability and Equal Opportunities Office, Sports Office. I graduated from the Budapest University of Economics (now Corvinus University) with a degree in Management Organisation and Small Business, and pursuant to that, I obtained my PhD degree at the same university’s Doctoral School of Business Administration.
I work in the Department of Management as a Senior Researcher. As an Instructor, I deal with corporate sustainability, business development, design thinking, and SME ecosystems, as well as being responsible for the Team Academy specialisation. From 2016, I participated in the management of the University as a Rector's advisor, between 2017 and 2020 as a Director of Business Development, from January 2020 as Vice Rector for Strategy and Innovation, and from August 2021 as Vice Rector for Strategy. In 2017, I was appointed as co-chair of BBS’ Sustainability Council. Since 2019, I have been a lecturer at the BBS Doctoral School on the topic of participatory research methodology. I have been working for decades as a business consultant and a management coach. I was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum and WWF Hungary, and I have helped and continue to help the work of several domestic and international NGOs with pro-bono work. In 2011, I became the Founder of the Creative Base Foundation, which was established to support Hungarian improvisational acting, with particular emphasis on the Momentán Company. In recognition of my professional work, the President of the Republic awarded me the Knight's Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit in 2012.
