In this higher educational vocational training, we develop professionals who
• Know the most basic data collection, analysis, task and problem solving methods of the field.
• Know the rules and ethical standards governing participation, cooperation in a project, team or various forms of work organisation.
• Have the knowledge necessary to prepare and start entrepreneurial or small business activities in the field.
• Have the theoretical and practical skills required for successful management, including knowledge of formal and informal regulatory environments.
• Have the skills necessary to actively participate in the planning, organisation and conduct of individual processes, and in the decision support and operational tasks of businesses.
• Know the business planning process of the business and the chapters of the business plan. They also know techniques for the discovery and preparing of tendering opportunities.
• Graduates in the Digital Business Services specialisation also know the operation of the production, logistics and sales network of international supply chains, the tasks involved in the organisation of goods delivery, and the recording of customer orders in cloud systems (SAP), as well as learn the basics of modern logistics warehousing.
