The European University Championship (EUC), organized by the EUSA (European University Sports Association), is held every two years, where BGE students regularly achieve great success.
European University Games (EUG), which are also organized by EUSA, are held every two years. The 2022 European University Games were hosted by Lodz, Poland, where the BGE men's water polo team won a gold medal. Next year's EUG in 2024 will be held in Hungary, including Miskolc and Debrecen.
