The Sports Office of the Budapest University of Economics and Business began operations on August 1, 2021, continuing the work started by the former Physical Education and Sports Center. In addition to physical education classes, the Office places great emphasis on physical, health-related, and competitive activities outside of school hours, which not only provide more and more opportunities for students, but also for employees.
The Office places special emphasis on athletes studying at the university, for whom we have created an Elite Athletes program, this helping them to achieve success both on the sports field and in education.
Our office believes in the unifying and unifying power of movement, which is why we organize events involving not only the faculty, but also the entire university.
Thanks to the increasing activity of students and employees almost every day, the palette is more and more colorful and diverse. Within the framework of physical education classes, our students can choose from many types of movement, and they can participate in national and international championships in several sports. The preparation for the competitions is supported by our colleagues in several sports, with their previous experience as competitors and coaches.
In addition to all this, you can get involved in more and more self-organized activities, and the development of our employees always receives special attention.
