"If I had to describe myself in one word: effervescence. I have lived with the joy of movement since childhood, the flame of which continues to this day, and my goal is to be able to pass this on to all people who want to do sports, who are not only involved in individual but also community activities would participate in -sports event. As a half-marathon runner, I want to contribute to the development of my peers, whether they are beginners or more experienced athletes, to the best of my knowledge and skills. Let's move, volunteer together, go BGE!:)"

"I can call myself lucky that I was able to try a lot of sports and feel the feeling of freedom, relaxation and recharge provided by sports. I hope that as a sports ambassador I can introduce more of my colleagues and students to the positive effects of sports. Although I have never been an ambassador for anything, I hope that with the help of the Sports Office I will be able to encourage and motivate BGE employees and students to take part in sports."

"I'm Renáta Herczeg and I've been working in the BGE KVIK Faculty Library since April 1, 2014, and this is no joke. 🙂

I've been playing sports with more or less interruptions since I was a child. At first, I only went to aerobics, spinning and other shape-shaping classes out of necessity, because I was overweight (now I'm muscular, it just doesn't show), but later I fell in love with training, so the compulsion was replaced by the joy of movement. I like hard workouts when I feel like I can't take it anymore, but then I get over myself and do it all the way through. I still do aerobics a few hours a week if I have time. I applied to be a BGE sports ambassador because I want to transfer this enthusiasm, love for sports and the will to fight to BGE employees, or strengthen them. I don't expect anyone to suddenly become a professional athlete, but I just want to motivate everyone to bring out the best in themselves and exercise a few more hours than usual for both their physical and mental health!"
