During the transition we were working in a professional project management system to ensure that the complex processes related to the model change run smoothly.
During this process, more than 20 of our colleagues in five working groups were working to prepare for the change of maintainer and lay the groundwork for a new chapter in the history of our university.
The model change process was managed by the Project Steering Committee (PIB). In the working groups the employees were supported by experts delegated by the PIB, including the Hungarian office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), one of the world's largest strategic consulting companies. On behalf of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, the establishment of the Foundation for the Budapest Business School was coordinated by the Sárhegy law firm. The BBS University Student Union (EHÖK) has also been invited to participate in the working groups, thereby allowing for an opportunity for direct consultation on issues relevant to students.
We are proud that the process of the model change has run smoothly, and now looking forward to the new phase in the history of our university!
