Basics of case solving: Getting familiar with the CASE process and the sCOREs stucture. Analysis in case solving. Case solving in teams of 4 and presentations. Business communication: how to build slides and the SALSA process. Case solving in teams of 4 and presentations. Functional areas in case solving: marketing, finance and HR & organization. Case solving in teams of 4 and presentations. How to win a case competition & mini case competition with Morgan Stanley.
