Mid-term and EXAM Calendar
Mid-term and EXAM Calendar

Updated: 01 December 2025, 17:55

We support our students by publishing the scheduling plan for all assessments (mid-term tests, make-up tests, and exams) here in a unified format.

In addition to all planned assessment dates for each course, the calendar also provides several important details:

  • It clearly shows whether the assessment will take place in the Exam Centre or in a classroom setting
(for mid-term tests, classroom settings also mean that the test is written during the regular timetable slot).
  • We have indicated the platform where students must register for each assessment:
for mid-term tests, registration is done in CoSpace; for exams, in Neptun
(with the exception of classroom-based make-up tests, where registration follows the instructor’s guidance).

Information:

To make navigation easier within the calendars, we highlighted the first column (the cell containing the course code) to indicate the rows—and therefore the courses—for which a change has been made.

The key information regarding offered grades and the process of accepting them in Neptun has been summarized in a separate guide. The detailed instructions are available at the link below.
