We support our students by publishing the scheduling plan for all assessments (mid-term tests, make-up tests, and exams) here in a unified format.
In addition to all planned assessment dates for each course, the calendar also provides several important details:
- It clearly shows whether the assessment will take place in the Exam Centre or in a classroom setting
(for mid-term tests, classroom settings also mean that the test is written during the regular timetable slot). - We have indicated the platform where students must register for each assessment:
for mid-term tests, registration is done in CoSpace; for exams, in Neptun
(with the exception of classroom-based make-up tests, where registration follows the instructor’s guidance).
Information:
To make navigation easier within the calendars, we highlighted the first column (the cell containing the course code) to indicate the rows—and therefore the courses—for which a change has been made.
The course codes of the affected rows (in the first column) are highlighted:
- New courses (rows) have been added based on the reported omissions.
- New dates have been scheduled for courses that were already listed in the table.
- Starting from the 12/04 version, course codes have been included to make navigation easier.
The latest update includes the following changes:
- rescheduling certain exam dates to accommodate international students,
- publishing and adjusting midterm (ZH) and exam dates based on processed requests received from the faculties.
The key information regarding offered grades and the process of accepting them in Neptun has been summarized in a separate guide. The detailed instructions are available at the link below.
