We would like to draw your attention that the Student Services Office’s opening hours in December will differ from the usual schedule on several days.
Opening hours: December and Festive Season
(on the other days usual opening hours apply)
December 9. Tuesday - CLOSED from 1.00 pm
December 13. Saturday - CLOSED
December 16. Tuesday - CLOSED from 1.00 pm
December 22. Monday - ClLOSED, only email and phone administration available
December 23. Tuesday - CLOSED, only email and phone administration available until 12 pm (midday)
December 24. – January 4. - CLOSED
Január 5, 2026 Monday - Usual opening hours apply
We will be able to respond to inquiries received during the Festive Season (24th of December – 4th of January) from 8 am on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the earliest. Emails will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
From January 5, 2026, opening hours will remain unchanged. Before visiting the Student Services Office in person, please always check the current opening hours on our website. Student Customer Service - Budapest University of Economics and Business
Also, please kindly note that the opening hours of the Examination Center differs from those of the Student Services Office.
