Tisza-tó (Lake Tisza) bike tour registration

Location: Lake Tisza Bicycle Center
You can take part in the tour with your own or rented bike. In the event of a breakdown, we can only provide a warranty for rented bicycles (defect, broken chain, etc.) That's why we recommend renting to everyone!
Rental is payable on site only in cash. The helpers collect the rental fee from the tenants and we pay it to the Center together, so we get the discounted price. (normal bike HUF 8,000/bike/day.
Students participating in physical education courses should discuss with their physical education teacher to what extent the hike will be included in their course.

The event is free, but prior registration is required. (travel, meals and bicycle rental are at your own expense)
You can choose from two tours of different lengths:
Big tour: Full circle 67 km
Shortened tour 41 km
In addition to the teaching staff, local tour guides also participate in tour guiding. The tour is provided by a safety car and service cars.

Arrival individually: Meeting Saturday 12/04/2024, 10.30 a.m. in front of the Cycling Center.

Meeting and registration: 10:30, at the meeting point
Getting there: A direct train departs from Budapest to Lake Tisza! Parking at the Bicycle Center is free.
The train departs from the Keleti railway station at 8:10 a.m. and arrives in Tiszafüred at 10:39 a.m.; and on the way back, it leaves Tiszafüred at 17:45 and arrives in Budapest at 20:05.

• Proper, layered clothing designed for cycling
• Have a rainproof jacket, sweater, water and food with you.
• Mobile phone recommended.
• Everyone participates in the tour at their own risk.
