Important news: we are launching online enrollment for our first-year students!
This means that at the beginning of the 2024/2025 academic year, we try our best to make the enrollment process as easy as possbile for you! Here is what you need to do:
1. If you have applied via felvi.hu (the Hungarian application system) you will no longer need to visit the Student Services Office in person, but can sign your training contract and the related documents electronically. SEE HERE the steps:
- Submit your enrollment request in the Neptun-system
- Download the enrollment document, sign and upload it.
- Download your student training contract, sign and upload it.
If you have not applied via felvi.hu, you can fill most of the documents online and then visit Student Services Group (until October 15th) for signing. SEE HERE the steps:
- Submit your enrollment request in the Neptun-system
- Download the enrollment document, sign it in the appropriate place. When you are ready hand it over to the Student Services Group in person.When you hand it in, you will receive your student training contract too.
