Dear Students!

Welcome to the 2021/22 academic year BBS!

We would like to draw your attention to the changes related to student administration.

Significant improvements have taken place at our university in the last year: our website has been renewed, the online Career Platform supporting the administration of internships has been launched, and the results of student feedback on teachers have become widely available.

This summer, we also began redesigning the student customer service system. Our goal is to keep waiting and administration times as short as possible, and in the long-run we would like to provide as many services as possible online. Reorganisation is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task, so until the new systems are completely built, administrative times may temporarily increase.

Therefore, we would like to ask for your co-operation during the reorganisation:

Our request is that before contacting customer service (by email, phone or in person), study the information published on the website! We constantly monitor the topics and problems that our students turn to us with, and we try to provide appropriate information about them on the website.

The following pages contain the most important information:

  • Students’ Page - under the menu items here (e.g.: Studies, Finance, Services, etc.) all the necessary information for the successful completion of studies can be found in an overview format.
  • Frequently Asked Questions - typical student questions and answers from customer service and departments can be found here.
  • Most Common Neptun Problems/Student Help Guide - this page can provide quick assistance with respect to registsration of courses, start of the semester, exam registration.
  • Monitoring Academic Progress - it is especially recommended for students starting their final semester to do a self-audit of all the courses they have taken according to their specific curriculum during the enrollment period, so that should they find any deficiencies, they will till have time to register.

Information about this can be found HERE. It is also important that you find out the hours of operation of the student customer service areas before going in person!
