We have taken another step toward simplifying and accelerating student administration. Following the recent launch of the Exam Centre’s reporting platform, even more student-related matters can now be handled online—quickly and efficiently.
Through the new Student Administration platform, requests and issues can be submitted to the Student Customer Service with just a few clicks. After logging in, students can choose from main and subcategories to specify the topic of their inquiry, ensuring that each submission is forwarded directly to the responsible administrator, significantly reducing response and processing times.
On the Exam Centre platform, students can request assistance with issues such as:
- Questions related to exam (ZH) dates
- Availability
- Login problems
- Registration issues
- Absences
- Other issues
- Reporting incorrect or incomplete course data
- Modification requests
On the Student Customer Service platform, the following matters can be handled online:
Administration: online enrolment for freshmen, semester registration, personal data updates, documents, graduation ceremonies
Study and student status: diploma, student ID and sticker, temporary student ID, information on student status, specialization selection, internships, dual training, Pannónia Programme, international mobility, course syllabi, credit certifications, student status certificates
Course and class registration: course enrolment/dropping, class extension, Intensive Week
Neptun requests: credit recognition, requests for repeated opportunities after deadline, equity requests, other petitions, internal equivalence checks
Thesis and final exam: thesis submission, topic registration, supervisor-related matters, thesis preparation, closed (restricted) thesis access, final exam
Finance and scholarships: student loans, scholarships, other financial matters
To ensure faster processing, students are encouraged to provide as much relevant information as possible (e.g. exact dates, error messages, the application used, specific menu location). This helps administrators identify and resolve issues more efficiently.

The range of available request types will continue to expand based on student feedback and needs, further supporting smoother and more efficient student administration.
