What is an Exercise Snack?
By definition, an "Exercise Snack" is a short workout session that usually lasts a minute or two and can be used more frequently throughout the day.
The point is that the recommended daily 25-30 minutes of movement or 8-10 thousand steps should not be done all at once, but should be spread out in smaller parts throughout the day. This is a feasible, well-tolerated and time-efficient approach to training.
