The Vice Rector for General Affairs is responsible for the development of the human aspects of our educational system, in particular for the development of the academic staff in terms of teaching methodology, the management of the evaluation system, quality measurements, the system of academic requirements, and the student mentorship programme. The position supervises the functioning of the student councils and student voluntary groups, and also ensures the scientific professional supervision of the work of the various Students' Academic Societies and of the Student Research Societies Council.

The Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring the management and financial control of the University. Main tasks are the management of financial and accounting processes, the development of controlling activities, the provision of data and preparation of regular reports for the Board of Trustees, and the management of procurement activities and the project-based management of investments.
