Faculty of Marketing and Business Communication (BUEB FMBC)

The Faculty of Marketing and Business Communication (BUEB FMBC) at the Budapest University of Economics and Business, Hungary’s largest business education centre, is a leading institution for higher education in marketing, communication, commerce, and logistics. Each year, the Faculty provides more than one thousand students with up-to-date, practice-oriented business knowledge, delivered in the heart of Budapest. In FMBC programmes, students acquire competitive knowledge through the most modern methods and techniques, while becoming part of a vibrant business community recognised nationally for its excellence.

Faculty of Management (BUEB FM)

The Faculty of Management (BUEB FM) at the Budapest University of Economics and Business offers academically grounded yet strongly practice-oriented programmes in leadership, organisation, entrepreneurship, and human resource development. The Faculty’s aim is to equip students with up-to-date knowledge and skills that will enable them to navigate successfully in a dynamically changing economic environment. Its four departments – Department of Human Resources Development, Department of Process Management, Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Department of Management and Leadership – work in close cooperation to provide an authentic, up-to-date, and inspiring learning environment. The Faculty community is committed to the continuous renewal of knowledge, to high-quality education, and to the professional development of its students.

Faculty of International Business (BUEB FIB)

The Faculty of International Business (BUEB FIB) at the Budapest University of Economics and Business was established to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary knowledge in response to the economic, social, and environmental challenges of the 21st century. Its training system, built on four strong departmental pillars – Sustainability, International Business, Social Sciences, and Tourism and Hospitality – ensures that students develop an understanding of both global and local interrelations, together with the capacity to adopt responsible and sustainable thinking. The Faculty’s lecturers and researchers engage in international collaborations, double degree programmes, and mobility opportunities, with social responsibility and sustainability central to teaching and research. FIB offers a complex body of knowledge that prepares students to shape the future economy on a human scale with global responsibility.

Faculty of Finance and Accountancy (BUEB FFA)

The Faculty of Finance and Accountancy (BUEB FFA) at the Budapest University of Economics and Business is Hungary’s oldest centre for finance and accountancy education, with a history dating back to 1857. The Faculty has remained a key player in Hungarian higher education, offering programmes that deliver market-relevant, practice-oriented knowledge built on solid theoretical foundations. FFA’s mission is to graduate highly qualified, ethical, and adaptable professionals who are capable of identifying and addressing economic and social challenges. In addition to fostering professional development, the Faculty places strong emphasis on supporting students’ integration into the community through initiatives such as its mentoring system and talent development programmes.
