If you are not taking your final examination this semester and have only written and submitted your thesis, after your thesis has been accepted, please deregister from the final examination period or request deregistration by emailing to the Student Services.
Completion of Semester Exams, Deadlines
A prerequisite for taking the final examination is obtaining the pre-degree certificate (absolutorium), as well as the submission, acceptance, and receipt of the thesis evaluation.
Students who fail to meet the requirements for obtaining the absolutorium by the specified deadline may not participate in the final examination, will be removed from the final examination period, and may only take the final examination in the next available period.
To obtain the absolution (final certificate), please pay increased attention to completing your semester exams. You will receive a separate notification regarding the deadline for completing the exams.
By the deadlines, the grade/record of course completion must be entered into the Neptun system. Additionally, any offered grades must be accepted by the student in the Neptun system by these deadlines.
We recommend that when choosing exam dates, you take these completion deadlines into account and, if necessary, inform your professor about the urgency of recording your grade in the Neptun system.
