Purpose of the Call
The purpose of this call is to select one Hungarian and one international ambassador for the BUEB Pannonia Scholarship Programme. Between April and June 2026, the selected ambassadors will actively represent both the university and the Pannonia Programme.
They will be responsible for creating video content (filming, subtitling, and editing), participating in university and external events (e.g. roundtable discussions, conferences, open days), and producing additional content for BUEB’s Hungarian and English social media platforms. Their work will contribute to increasing the visibility of both the university and the Pannonia Programme, as well as boosting the number of outgoing students.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for the BUEB Pannonia Ambassador Programme must:
- have previously participated in a mobility programme under the Pannonia Programme during their university studies
- be full-time students with an active student status,
- be enrolled in one of BGE’s faculties,
- have sufficient availability to participate in events related to the ambassador role,
- have experience in content creation and feel confident in front of a camera.
Implementation Period
The application deadline is 8 April 2026, followed by the evaluation of applications.
The selected BGE Pannonia Ambassadors will be announced after the evaluation process. The ambassadorial period will run from 15 April 2026 to 15 July 2026.
Responsibilities and Expectations of BGE Pannonia Ambassadors
- Filming, subtitling, and editing videos in line with the university’s and the Pannonia Programme’s visual identity.
- Participating in events related to mobility programmes.
- Submitting an introduction video as part of the application, along with completing the application form.
Scholarship Amount
Ambassadors will receive a monthly scholarship, the details of which will be provided after selection.
Evaluation Process and Criteria
Applications will be evaluated by a working group consisting of colleagues from BUEB’s International Relations Office and the Communication and Marketing Office.
From the shortlisted applicants, a five-member Selection Committee (composed of the same members as the working group) will choose the two most suitable candidates.
Applicants will be notified of the decision via email within 3 working days following the decision.
The pre-evaluation of applications will be based on professional criteria, with a maximum score of 30 points.

The goal is to get to know who you are, how you communicate, and what motivates you to become a BGE Pannonia Ambassador. This should be a relaxed yet well-thought-out introduction - it does not have to be perfect, but it should reflect your personality and enthusiasm.

Presentation of your Pannonia mobility experience:
- Which country and city you visited
- Share photos and stories (storytelling)
- Highlight a great experience or something that surprised you
