Absztrakt:
Nowadays, Sustainable Development (SD) is becoming more and more important at the social, economic and corporate level. One area of SD, social responsibility can be a competitive advantage for companies in the market for products and services, and will be soon a fundamental requirement. In the field of development, it is important that environmentally committed leaders guide a “truly green” way both environmentally and socially for their company and employees. The key question of our study is how our university students – “the future leaders” think about social responsibility and in their opinion how important CSR is for companies in the economic field. As a result of our research it can be emphasized that our students have a positive and strong attitude toward corporate social responsibility that they plan to endorse at their future workplace, but this attitude is not always reflected in their current behavior, although the willingness is unambiguous. They fully agree that the company is bound to take responsibility for the natural environment and the members of society, but CSR is a matter of money and marketing. At the end of our study, we present our experience-based teaching practice, which received strongly positive feedback from our students.
