Business Models for Spanish Biogas Production címmel jelent meg Csiba Péter és Szigeti Cecília cikke a STUE 2023: Smart Technologies in Urban Engineering című konferencia-kötetben.
Absztrakt:
The Circular Economy (CE) is an alternative model to the existing current linear economy paradigm. Biogas utilisation is a typical form of the circular business model, also because of its physical and biological characteristics. Research on circular models for biogas plants is typically conducted in a country context due to the different geographical, regulatory context and cost of the energy mix of the given country. Studies on circular models of biogas plants in Finland, Sweden, Switzerland and India have recently been published. Based on the literature review, a research gap can be identified: there is still a lack of scientific work on circular models of biogas plants in Spain. The aim of our research is to identify the basic models of biogas utilisation in Spain. As a specific example Sanchiz Becquet Group (GS) has been studied. GS Group operates four mid-sized (5–350 kW) biogas plant producing elecrtic and heating energy and doing waste management. Currently under study to utilize residuals of biogas production–as fertiliser–for reforestration of harmed forests which can be a base for secondary CO2 market quotas.
