Törekvések a KGST-tagországok szorosabb együttműködésére az 1953 és 1991 közötti időszakban címmel olvasható a Gradus. Neumann János Egyetem kiadásában Domonkos Endre írása.
Absztrakt:
After 1953, several initiatives were launched within the framework of the CMEA in order to strengthen ties among its members. As regards of specialisation and international division of labour, the concepts elaborated by the member countries were completely different. In 1962, the USSR wanted to transform CMEA as a supranational organisation, which was sharply criticised and refused by Romania. Finally, the proposal for an enhanced cooperation was withdrawn by the Soviet leadership of Nikita Khrushchev. The complex programme of 1971 could be perceived as a compromise, aimed at aligning the interests of each CMEA country. Although numerous joint investment projects were adopted by the socialist countries, cooperation only occurred in a few industrial branches (automotive industry and engineering). The objective of my paper is to represent the endeavours of a closer cooperation among the countries of the CMEA. Because of length constraints, the essay will not focus on the crisis of state socialism.
