| Rövid tartalom | Innovation has become the primary source of growth and competitiveness. Business firms need to innovate to ensure their long-term economic success however, it brings a lot of changes inside and outside the firms. In this course, students will learn what innovation is, what are the main types of innovation and why it is challenging to build an innovative organization. Learning is based on to a large extent case study analysis. Case studies will cover small and large organizations that are involved in various types of innovations. Students will be asked to read the case studies in advance of the course to ensure a grounded discussion during the class. | |
