AIESEC

Seriously? YES! KVIK is limitless!

Greetings to everyone from AIESEC, the world's largest student organization!

But what’s AIESEC in the first place?
  • With a proud history of more than 75 years, the organization opened it's doors in Hungary in 1972 and, four years later, at KVIK as well. We are present in more than 100 countries, conducting internships and volunteer exchanges among these nations, thereby developing youth to become experienced, conscientious, and successful leaders. AIESEC seeks to promote personal development and make the world more peaceful through cross-cultural understanding. Our interns and volunteers challenge themselves across continents to acquire life-applicable knowledge.
  • In addition, we organize various open-door events to introduce AIESEC's goals to the general public and encourage them towards sustainable living.
What would I do as an AIESECer?
  • As a member of our organization, you could be involved in facilitating these internship and volunteer exchanges, seeking partner companies for this purpose, or assisting in organizing events. Through these activities, you can develop or acquire numerous skills, such as time management, corporate communication, English language proficiency, sales skills and if you're truly ambitious, you could step into a leadership position within six months, getting a taste of team management as well.
  • The experiences gained during your time here are sought after by employers. Many of our former AIESEC members find employment with our partner companies, including multinational corporations like Schneider Electrics, Tata Consultancy Services, EATON Enterprises, or P&G.
Can I also take part in these exchanges abroad?
  • If you're considering participating in our exchange program abroad, there's no obstacle. Among our most popular exchange programs are volunteering for a few weeks or completing your professional internship, possibly with a one-year internship position.
We'll help you find the destination that suits your preferences and support you throughout your entire internship.
If you want to learn more, contact Hanna Zorka Kovács (kovacs.hanna.zorka@aiesec.net) or visit the www.aiesec.org website.

We warmly welcome you if you're eager to face new challenges, grow through them, and secure your future in the job market. If you're interested in joining, contact our HR representative, Zsófia Szilágyi (zsofiszilagyi@aiesec.net).
