Academic activity in Student Research Societies (TDK) is an essential form of talent management, offering you an excellent opportunity to launch your research career and get involved in departmental research and independent academic work.
There are several benefits to participating in Student Research Societies (TDK)
- competitive advantages on the labour market and in applications for research grants
- your Student Research Society paper can also be submitted as your thesis
- your results can be published in an academic journal
- your speaking and presentation skills will improve, contributing to confident performance at your final exams
You can present the findings of your scholarly research at the University Student Research Societies (TDK) Conference. As a result of competition in the different sections, the best presentations will be awarded prizes and will qualify for the biennial National Conference of Student Research Societies (OTDK).
You can get involved in this scholarly work even as a first-year student. Our experience shows that active participation in Student Research Societies at the beginning of one’s studies will bears its fruit. 🍎
Student research groups are an essential form of talent management in higher education, offering you an excellent opportunity to launch your research career and get involved in departmental research and independent academic work.
For the latest information on the TDK, the requirements and the topic descriptions of the departments, please visit the SSA FCHT Information area on CoSpace.
If you have a good topic that you would like to participate in the next TDK, please feel free to contact the TDK coordinators in your department, who will be happy to help you find the best consultant and take the first steps.
Hope to see you soon at a Student Research Societies Conference!
