The Tourism Club for BGE is a student organisation that helps its members to prepare for challenges in the workplaces. The club has a company like structure and excellent professional partners. Furthermore, it provides tangible knowledge to contribute students to excel in their work and the job market.

Our goal is to show diverse work opportunities and help students explore their personal interests in the different areas that are available in the tourism sector. 

We provide the opportunity to develop yourself and make the most out of you and your university years, use the knowledge from the classes in real life situations and learn more and more soft skills by being a member of any of our terminals (Marketing, HR, Talent Development and Event Management).

We organise internal courses (in Hungarian), company visits and trainings in tourism, hospitality, hotel management, gastronomy, or region development. Our public lectures (also only in Hungarian) can be helpful for students interested in event management for their future development.

Our training system, the Talent Program, is a 4-semester long program, emphasising practical skills, can be attended parallel to your university studies. You can find the most suitable career for you with the help of this training from wine making to event planning or airline companies. Therefore, everything you learn you can immediately try out at work.

Just not in a way you think!

Students can work on exciting projects with our partners in each semester and can be offered internships as well. Our partners among many others are the Four Seasons Hotel, Haris Park and Divino. 

At the beginning of each semester anyone who is interested in our club can join one of our “info nights”, where you can get more information on our organisation. After that, there is a so-called “involving camp” helping to forge a sense of community for our members. There are open lectures in each semester for everyone who is interested in our organisation. The topics included in the lectures are tourism and hospitality and designed for everyone, not just for university students.

You can also participate, if you join our organisation, in trainings, company visits, workshops and great community programs concerning tourism and hospitality.

The BGE Tourism Club is part of the Youth Business Group, the largest talent organisation for university students. Thus, being part of our club, you can join projects for different universities and professional fields, and you can get to know many new people as well.

The Youth Business Group (YBG) organise many professional and soft skills training courses in each semester that will help your professional development and put an emphasis on community building and entertainment throughout universities. Thanks to this, a ski camp is organised for its members every winter and students gather in the YBG festival every summer.

Any freshman and sophomore students can join us regardless of their universities or majors.

We are looking for students who:
