BUEB EXPERTS IN THE TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING AND WORKSHOP IN PORTO


Gabriella Soós, Katalin Farkas and Tamás Kozák – together with Slovakian and Turkish partners - participated in the Transnational Project Meeting and Workshop, organised in connection with the “2022-2-HU01-KA220-HED-000094859 ETDTFA - education and Training Development for the Treatment of Food Allergies in the HoReCa sector” project in Porto, Portugal on 26 and 27 October 2023.

They compared the best practices in the participating countries regarding food allergy regulation and its application with the help of actors in the HoReCa sector and shared our experiences gathered during the research. The project meeting aimed to summarise the information and experiences of Work Package 2, agree on the main guidelines of the final study and prepare the task for the next project period.
