Introduction

I started my studies as a German language teacher, then took part in a master's course in methodology at the Ludwig Maximillian Universität in Munich. I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Budapest College of Economics, majoring in Diplomacy and EU Management. 2006-2009 I completed a master's degree as an economics teacher at Corvinus University. I obtained my doctoral degree at the Doctoral School of Regional and Economic Sciences of the Széchenyi István University in Győr. My research area is knowledge management, personal and organizational development. Title of my dissertation is "Past, present, future, or the corporate dimensions of tacit knowledge sharing". I gained higher education experience from 2009 at the Department of Marketing and Management of Széchenyi István University Győr, and from 2015 at the Department of Organizational Behavior, Institute of Management, Corvinus University in Budapest, where I did teaching and research activities in Hungarian and German as a university assistant professor. As university professor, in addition to solid theoretical knowledge, I also consider practical experience to be important. For 12 years, I have been involved in personnel and organizational development activities of automotive manufacturing and supplier companies, as well as Hungarian SMEs, in organizational development, trainer and consulting roles.
