Introduction
Dr. Beatrix Lenkovics, associate professor; My higher education studies were started in 1997, at the College of Trade, Hospitality and Tourism. I graduated as an economist in 2001 from the catering and hotel course. I continued studies at the same college because parallel with the economist course, I also started the full-time teacher training course and finished in February 2003 with the teacher-economist diploma. Following the college-level studies, I enrolled to the Food Industry Faculty of the Budapest Corvinus University and started the master course on the 1st of September 2003. I graduated in 2006 with MSc Food Industry Engineer diploma. I started the PhD work in the Doctoral School of Management and Business Administration of the Szent Istvan University and was awarded PhD degree in Management and Business Administration Sciences in May 2017. Currently I work as an associate professor at the Department of Hospitality. Professional activities include mentoring and helping students interested in scientific research; implementation of research projects at the Budapest Business School in cooperation with external collaborative partners, universities and practical placements, if required; publication of research results on national and international platforms. Different scientific and science management activities in the national and international scientific sphere; professional representation of the scientific area, institution and the country.

- 2014-Lecturer at the Researchers’ Night programmes organised by the Department of Hospitality at the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism of the Budapest Business School
- 2015-Tutor at the Scientific Students’ Association Conference of the Budapest Business School
- 2016-2017Coordinator of the Sommelier Club of the Budapest Business School, in charge of external institutions, research institutes, universities and practical placements.
- 2017-2019Head of research team, Research Project in the frames of Budapest Business School Excellence Centre for the examination of spirits (pálinka) made of stone fruits and wild stone fruits.
