Introduction
I have been teaching English at the Budapest Business School since 1993 as a teacher of tourism and business English and British civilization. I obtained a teaching position right after completing my studies, first at the College of Foreign Trade in 1988 (now BBS’s Faculty of International Management and Business) and then at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest in 1993.
I enrolled for a PhD Programme in Language Pedagogy at Eötvös Loránd University in 2005. My research focused on teacher talk and discourse analysis. I obtained an absolutorium in 2010 and since then my doctoral studies have been suspended.
Apart from teaching I regularly work for the Language Examination Centre of BBS.
