Introduction

I'm Zsolt Nagy, a behaviour analyst, relaxation facilitator, mental health professional, bereavement group leader and family therapist in training, economist. I graduated from the BGE Faculty of Foreign Trade in 2007 with a degree in International Marketing and in 2011 I completed a Master of Marketing at the BGE Faculty of Foreign Trade. After that, I worked for 16 years in the competitive sector, in both multi and small business environments.

In 2016, I started my studies in Mental Health at Semmelweis University, and in June 2018 I became a Mental Health Specialist.

In February 2019, I completed the accredited training courses on Helping the bereaved, Grief Group Leadership and the Psychology of Grief organised by the Sun Eclipse Association.Since July 2019, I have been leading self-help grief support groups in Budapest and also run online groups.

In June 2020, I completed the basic training in family and couple therapy at the Hungarian Family Therapy Association, and in 2021 I completed the self-awareness part of the training. In the summer of 2021 I started working with families and couples as a family therapist in training, alongside supervision.

In June 2024 I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Szeged and from autumn 2024 I will continue my studies at the Master's degree in psychology at the same university.

In 2023 I also completed the EFT Externship and the Hold Me Tight - Hug Me! Emotion Focused Group Leader Training for Couples.
