Introduction
Dr. Róbert Dobó PhD (College Associate Professor) - I finished high school in Szeged at the Dugonics András Piarist High School, then I obtained my bachelor's degree in Budapest at the International Business School Budapest, majoring in Marketing Communication and PR. In parallel, I also hold a BSc degree - Economist in Business Studies - from the British Oxford Brookes University. Deviating from the educational career, I lived in England for a short time, then returned to the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs and completed my master's degree, Master of Business Administration. I obtained my PhD degree in 2023 at the Doctoral School of Economics, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pécs, in the doctoral program of Economics and Organizational Sciences. I prepared my PhD thesis in the intersection of marketing communication and political marketing, titled "Credibility in political marketing communication - An alternative approach to traditional political scaling". I am a magister of the Order of the Lions of Jerusalem and I hold an honorary doctorate from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the Pro Deo State University. In addition to my studies and outside the educational field, I worked at Helios Group Slovenia (2010-2011) as an executive personal assistant, then I was a project manager at Metalmania in Serbia (2012-2013). I worked as a spokesperson for an economic organization for 2 years. I was a lecturer at the University of Pécs (2014-2016), teaching marketing-oriented subjects such as multidimensional pricing, global marketing, Introduction to Marketing, both in Hungarian and English. In Budapest, I was the project manager of the Balkan Project Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade – Hungarian National Trading House Zrt. (2016-2017), where I supervised and managed the foreign trade offices operating in the Balkan countries (Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia). In September 2017, I returned to science and education again as a lecturer at the Faculty of Commerc, Hospitality and Tourism of Budapest Business School. Taught subjects (in Hungarian and English): Economics 1., Economics 2., Management, Organizational and Human Resource Management, Corporate Economics, Political Science, Economic History.
