Food allergy and intolerance - questions, trends, tendencies - international scientific conference at J. Selye University

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnership Project No. 2022-2-HU01-KA220-HED-000094859, on November 8, 2024, J.Selye University organized an international scientific conference entitled Food intolerance and allergens – questions, trends and tendencies. The purpose of the event was to draw attention to the increasingly common problem of today, food allergy and intolerance. At the event, domestic and foreign experts shared the results of their research on issues, trends and tendencies related to the topic, which were complemented with the practical experience by representatives of the entrepreneurial sector.
