Another project meeting of the ETDTFA - Education and Training Development for the Treatment of Food Allergies - in the HoReCa sector took place in Komárno, Slovakia, at the János Selye University on 7 November 2024, where the four partner universities (Budapest Business University, János Selye University, Universidade Portucalense and Istanbul Medeniyet University) discussed their experiences in course development and planned the tasks for the project conclusion. After the event, the project team visited a factory producing gluten-free and lactose-free confectionery and bakery products; and tasted the actual products. The results of the research were presented by Gabriella Soós PhD. and Tamás Kozák PhD. and discussed with researchers in the field at the conference on Food intolerance and allergens - questions, trends, tendencies organised the following day.
