Be the creators of the photo gallery of the Hungarian tourism industry! Win exciting prizes!

The World Tourism Day was established by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), and this year's theme is "Tourism and Peace". Tourism brings people together, and this theme offers an opportunity to reflect on the profound connection between tourism and peace.

On this occasion, the Department of Tourism of Budapest Business University launches a photo contest entitled: Welcome to Budapest. With this call, we wish to draw attention to this extremely important issue, by focusing on the topic of Budapest and inclusion, as well as tourism and peace.

1. All students of the Faculty of Commerce, Tourism and Hospitality (including our Erasmus students visiting us for one semester) can participate in the photo competition by submitting one self-made photo of 1920x1920 pixels in jpg or png format. It is possible to register in 2 different categories: individually and/or in international teams.
2. Please upload the completed photo to the form available at https://forms.gle/XRuwcvbSMVA6rCp96 by November 1, 2024, indicating in the name of the file the name of the student(s) submitting the photo.
3. If you haven't already done so, please give us a LIKE on theTourism Department's Facebook page, where we will make the photos available after November 10!
4. After that, put a LIKE to your favourite pictures and encourage your acquaintances, friends and colleagues to do the same until December 2, 2024!

In the contest, a photo can be sent by a student in the individual category, and it is also possible to send in a photo in international teams of three or four students in the international team category. (A team can be constituted of 1 or 2 Hungarian students AND 1 or 2 international students.) To increase your chances, we recommend you to send a picture in both categories.

The winners will be the creators of the pictures that received the most LIKES. They will receive a gift and a Feldobox gift card offered by the Faculty of Commerce, Tourism and Hospitality. We can reward 10 pictures both in the individual category and in the category of international teams. In the case of pictures awarded in the team category, all members of the team are entitled to a gift card!
