In the framework of the ETDTFA Erasmus+ project, BBU and its three international partners are conducting academic research on legislation regarding allergens in the European Union and the four participant countries. The research also assesses good practices on allergen management in the HORECA sector. Another outcome of the project is the development of an online platform for the construction of a network of partners in the HORECA sector.

The project also includes the development of educational material and the dissemination of the results at workshops and scientific conferences.
