Budapest Business Club

Budapest Business Club is a young and dynamically growing student organisation in our Faculty dealing with business activities. We are part of an umbrella organisation called the Youth Business Group, which brings together organisations at the capital’s top universities that have been formed with the aim of helping students gain practical knowledge relevant to their studies during their university years.

We set up our system on the model of large corporate structures. Our members work in four sections:

  • Event Management
  • HR
  • Marketing
  • Sales

The management structure is also characterised by a high level of hierarchy. The work of the members in each section is assisted by coordinators. They are instructed and supervised by the head of the section, who is also the vice-president of the organisation. As a result, you can test yourself as a leader very quickly, and in addition to the coordinators, some of our projects can be led by our Stage 2 members after having overcome their first challenges.

Besides internal professional and community activities, we also organise high-quality professional lectures, workshops, and career events.

Our main goal is to allow our fellow students to gain professional experience besides their university studies, with which they can later gain an advantage in the private sector. Our 4-semester career programme allows the students to gain insight into the operation of our partner companies and learn how to work in a large organisation within the framework of various projects.

In addition to nurturing talent, we also pay a lot of attention to community building, being a student organisation, we wish to fully satisfy these needs as well. We strive to develop professional skills just as much as to build an active community, a large group of friends.

We believe that development is the most important factor in our daily lives, and if we work hard enough, there is nothing impossible for us.

Be professional, be creative, be inspired. Be part of BBC!
