The Department of Leadership and Human Resource Development in the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy at BUEB aims to provide strong and well-positioned programs with excellent instructors and innovative, inspiring teaching methods. We believe that educational and research activities should be closely intertwined to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in both areas.
Our team is made up of nationally and internationally renowned economists, psychologists and sociologists, who collaboratively seek new directions and solutions not only in areas closely related to human resource management and leadership, but also in sustainability, family business, corruption, supply chain and value chain management or science metrics. Our HR-focused research built on workshop-based methodologies stand out, since they draw on the academic and business knowledge of our diverse community and they provide also an excellent opportunity to integrate current research results seamlessly into our educational activities.
