Her dissertation focuses on the role of human and socio-emotional capital of successors at family business takeover.
She conducts family business research as a member of the Succession Modul of Family Business Research Programme at Budapest Business School and also as leading member of the Hungarian section of the international STEP (Successful Transgenerational Practices) Research.
She supported young entrepreneurs as the CEO of the Hungarian Live Wire Foundation (Életpálya Alapítvány) between 2010-2013, and since 2014 as a team coach.
Her students often come to her outside of classes for advice regarding their concerns of starting or taking over a business.
Regarding talent management, she is both active at supporting student research at the Scientific Students’ Association (TDK) and at thesis development; and she is leading the International Student Mentoring Programme at BBS-FFA.
