Introduction
She graduated from the University of Debrecen with a degree in history and English literature and culture, specializing in North American culture, and then completed an MA in Canadian Studies at Carleton University in Canada. Her interest turned towards HR and obtained a degree in HR management at the University of Economics in Budapest (predecessor of Corvinus), which she later supplemented with a Business Coach diploma. She worked for an HR consulting company for two years.
At the BGE in 2004, she started teaching business English and then different courses with a focus on skills development. She firmly believes in continuous learning and renewal and is highly motivated and enthusiastic to try new methods. She uses cooperative and project-based learning methods and training methods in her courses to actively involve students and develop their communication skills. Since 2016 she has implemented telecollaboration projects with students from Finnish, Polish, and Belgian partner institutions in Intercultural Communication courses. In 2018, she participated in the launch of the academic coaching program for students.
She is an accredited examiner at the BGE Language Examination Centre and head of the language examination centre of FFA, and she also coordinated the work of the language department as deputy head of department.
