Introduction
Master instructor at the Department of Leadership and Human Resource Development, Budapest University of Economics and Business. Graduated as economist from MKKE (predecessor of Corvinus University of Budapest), and as psychologist from University of Szeged. Worked as banker for 15 years in Hungary and Austria (gained operational and managerial experience in sales, risk, finance, strategy and compliance), now active as psychologist (gained expertise as L&D Head, culture transformation expert, project owner, softs skills and executive trainer and coach in the financial and energy sectors).
