Introduction
I am an economist and a sociologist with a Master's degree and a Ph.D. from the Corvinus University of Budapest. I have 10+ years of experience in corporate communications and management. I have been involved in change management, organizational development, strategy building, and crisis management projects of different SMBs and multinational corporations as a consultant. I have volunteered to support various supranational organizations, national and international scientific communities in achieving their goals. Over the past twelve years, I have facilitated courses, mainly in English, on topics such as impact analysis, participatory research methods, futures research, and sociology of media. My research activities to date have focused mainly on the field of science and technology studies, with a particular focus on the social impacts of ICTs. As a Research Fellow at the Department of Leadership and Human Resource Development, Faculty of Finance and Accountancy, BUEB, and as a member of the Future of Higher Education Research Centre, I am currently working in the field of human resource development and changes in higher education.
