Department of Leadership & Human Resource Development

I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Leadership and Human Resource Development (previously Department of Management) at BUEB FFA, Head of Department since 2018.

I graduated as a psychologist at the Janus Pannonius University of Pécs (now University of Pécs, UP) in 1997, and as a work and organizational psychologist at the Budapest University of Technology in 2001. I received my Ph.D. degree in 2011 from the Doctoral School of Applied Psychology of UP with my thesis "Stereotypes of ageing employees".

I have been working as a lecturer since 1996, and in 2007 I became a full-time lecturer at the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, UP, initially as an assistant lecturer and later as a senior lecturer. Since 2014, I have been working as an associate professor at BUEB, after the Faculty of International Management and Business, since 2017 at the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy. I teach in bachelor's, master's degree and postgraduate programs in Hungarian and English in the fields of Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management. I take part in the students’ talent management program, in addition to supervising theses, I take on the role of supervisor and reviewer in the scientific student work (TDK).


As a researcher, I am currently working on human resource management practices in small and medium-sized enterprises.
I am involved in national and international projects as an expert. I have worked as a human resources professional in government, non-profit and for-profit environments. In my consultancy work I am involved in organisational development projects, design and implementation of individual and group development and evaluation programmes.
