Introduction
Katalin Bácsi works at the Department of Leadership & Human Resources Development of the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy of the Budapest University of Economics and Business, as a collage associate professor. She mainly teaches HR related subjects, Organizational Behaviour and Organizational Theory. Her main research area is employee participation and involvement. In her work, she attaches particular importance to critical thinking and talent management. From autumn 2023, she is a mentor teacher at the Sándor Lámfalussy College.
