Introduction
I have been teaching at the Department of Management (later Department of Leadership and Human Resource Development) at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Budapest Business University since September 2006. As a student I was a demonstrator here, then I graduated as a Human Resource Manager. After that, I graduated as a Human Resource Manager at the Faculty of Adult Education and Human Resource Development at the University of Pécs in 2009, and as a Business Coach at the Budapest Business University in 2011.
Currently, as a PhD candidate at the Security Sciences Doctoral School of the University of Óbuda, I am studying and comparing the performance evaluation systems of different companies. Within this broad field, I am mainly interested in how the quality, complexity and effectiveness of performance appraisal systems affect the performance of organisations. I have also gained experience in the field of performance appraisal in previous jobs and have had the opportunity to participate in several practical organisational development activities.
As a mentor, I try to support the academic life of our students studying Business and Management, Business Coaching and Master of Leadership and Organisation.
Since September 2013, I have been involved in student talent management as Faculty TDK (Scientific Student Conference) Officer and since March 2018 as Faculty TDT Secretary. One of my students was delegated to the 2015 OTDK (national round) and was awarded a special prize.
In the field of human resources I worked as a consultant at Kontakt-Busz Ltd., IdeaCom Ltd. and Idea-Busz Ltd. I have also gained experience in performance appraisal in previous jobs and had the opportunity to participate in several practical organisational development activities.
