I graduated from Eötvös Loránd University with a degree in English language and literature; I wrote my MA dissertation on the detection of communication misunderstanding between speakers. I prepared my doctoral dissertation entitled The Development of the Business English Teacher in 2012 at the Doctoral School of Education at Eötvös Loránd University, within the framework of the Language Pedagogy Program. In my work, I examined in detail the stages of ESP teachers’ professional career, teacher identity and one specific area of specialization, presentation skills development.

I have already taught several areas of English for specific purposes such as English for economics, business, finance, banking, human resources, management, information technology and aviation. I have attended a number of further education courses to teach business language leading to business English teaching qualifications including the LCCI CertTEB certification from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2005, I was awarded the Dennis Gabor Award of Excellence for Innovation by the Dennis Gabor Information Technology College Distance Learning Foundation.

I have gained experience in language teaching in both higher and adult education, not only in the field of traditional language teaching, but also in the field of the so-called Content and Language Integrated Learning and electronic language teaching. I have been developing electronic teaching materials in various platforms since 2004. In addition to testing electronic language teaching materials, I have performed both mentoring and tutoring tasks. I also contribute to the work of an online language testing system.
I have had several opportunities to work in a higher education institution with an international student and teacher base. I became involved in the foreign language and communication training of international students, I taught the following subjects in English: Business Communication, Study Skills, Presentation skills, Ergonomics and Work Safety, Human Resource Management, and Research Methods. I have been teaching subjects related to communication in Hungarian since 2016, these are Communication Skills, Business Communication and Skills Development, Communication Skills for IT Professionals, Writing and Presentation, Presentation Skills Development.

I became involved in talent management in 2009 as a coordinator of contact between volunteer mentors and talented youths. Later, as a talent centre manager, I was responsible for monitoring mentoring activities, preparing applications, operating professional circles, organizing exhibitions, conferences, competitions, and events. I am currently preparing students for Case Study and Presentation competitions, and appear as a judge in presentation competitions.

As an examiner, I also participate in the work of the BBS Language Examination Centre, as well as in the online oral English language testing of international students and in the preparation of an intercultural survey for university admission.
My publications are largely related to the teaching of presentation skills, the evaluation of presentations, content-based language teaching, research on teacher identity and teacher effectiveness, and the development of complex problem solving skills.
