Introduction
I started my full-time university career in Zalaegerszeg (one of the Faculties of BBS) in 2005. I have more than 10 years of experience in banking and business financing. In my doctoral dissertation, which I defended in 2013, I combined my professional knowledge and experience in banking and marketing. These two fields have defined my educational, research and scientific activities ever since, and in recent years I have started to study the topic of sustainability as well. In addition to teaching, I was involved in several research, curriculum development and education quality improvement projects, and I participated in the planning, management, and coordination of numerous university tenders and projects. Several successful events and projects can be linked to my name (FIKOT, University Days professional afternoons, Green Campus Sample Project, Key to Success Contest, etc.). I participated in the work of the professional team that created the Sustainability Strategy of BBS, and I was the first to hold the position of President of the Sustainability Network for a year and a half, in recognition of which I was awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Rector in 2019.
I have always been actively involved in the talent management of students, such as preparing students for the student scientific competition (TDK), professional competitions or scholarship applications. In recognition of my successful work, I won the University's most successful teacher award and the Excellent Mentor award several times. In 2019, based on the student ratings I received the Excellent Lecturer Award.

Research Workshops: -EFOP-3.5.1-16-2017-00016 – In the project entitled "Innovative solutions for the development of dual training courses in management", performing research-related tasks in the field of benefit analysis of dual training courses (BGE, 2017-18). -Member of Sustainable consumption research group at BBS (from November 2020 to June 2022).
