Introduction

I have always considered it important to carry out innovative activities at Budapest University of Economics and Business. Thus, I have been a mentor in the MA Finance programme since its establishment, for which I received a Dean's Recognition. As a founder I was team coach for almost 6 years at Team Academy Budapest, which helped me gain significant international experience.
I consider talent development important, my students have so far won 2nd place and several special awards at ODTK (National Scientific Students' Associations Conference). Thanks to these I received the Outstanding Mentor Award from the Rector of BUEB in 2018 and 2019.
I currently teach mostly in English at BUEB, but I spend most of my time at the Hochschule Bremerhaven in Germany, where I teach in German.
I was a senior lecturer at Bishop Grosseteste University in the UK for a year and have been a visiting lecturer at Finnish universities for several years.
I have been a member of the Hungarian Economic Society since 2003.
